Selfless Yoga with Christine Streisand

Practice given freely.
Come as you are.

Silent follow-along classes, Ashtanga short form, slow Yin, gentle flows, and breathwork. For anyone who needs a quiet hour, especially the ones who spend their days on their feet caring for others.

Welcome

A place to slow down

Welcome to Selfless Yoga.
I'm Christine, and I'm grateful you are here.

Roll out your mat.
Grab a couple of pillows from the couch, maybe a blanket.
Relax your shoulders away from your ears.

Slow and deep breaths.
Nothing you need to fix.
Nowhere you need to be.

Your practice does not have to be an hour.
Five minutes is better than no practice.

I used to think rest had to be earned, after the list was done and everyone else was cared for.
Now I understand you do not have to earn your rest. It is part of the practice.

Christine
